Riverside Construction Group is proud to be partnering in the development of Mercy Village, a nonprofit housing initiative designed to provide stable housing opportunities for individuals and families experiencing situational homelessness in Clay County. As part of Phase One, RCG is delivering 9,384 square feet of residential housing across three buildings, consisting of six studio units, four two-bedroom units, and four three-bedroom units. This project reflects a shared commitment to creating lasting community impact by expanding access to safe, quality housing for those in need.
